it is critical to note that inventory edits shoud only be made within onebrick and not on the platforms directly editing or adding items on the platforms directly will result in an integriy check error and will result in the items being deleted from the platform to match onebrick's internal inventory inventory search onebrick makes inventory management super simple and intuitive on the inventory page, you can see a brief breakdown of your inventory such as items, locations, lots, and value, as well as a breakdown of classifications each item falls into you can also see a list of and click into any of your docid\ peazef15corb2ljd hea in the upper right, you can also click "add item" to docid\ srglddjpsro2 grikqqpx without needing to create a full bsx file and upload \[screenshot placeholder] by clicking into the search bar at the top, you are able to search for a part this will return matching complex lots within your inventory, where you can edit basic informaiton such as pricing per platform, and description direcly on the item you can also send the entire complex lot to a stockroom to see the locations for this item within your inventory, click the dropdown listing the amount of locations you can then change the location of the part, edit the location's quanityt, and adjust the cost per location you can also delete or stockroom individual locations \[screenshot placeholder] to save you changes simply click "enter" when selected in any text field, or click "submit changes" at the top or bottom of the page stockrooms stockrooms are accessibile by going to the inventory page and either clicking into the desired stockroom, or clicking "all stockrooms" to view them all when first starting with onebrick, there will likely be no stockrooms, however if you had items in a stockroom when you onboarded with onebrick they will be automatically imported into a stockroom and named with the coresponding stockroom name from bricklink (a, b, or c) to view the items within a stockroom, simple click it from the inventory page, or click "view items" from the stockrooms page once inside the stockroom, you can edit the attributes of any part including a stockroom notes section this is only available on items within the stockroom or on items being added to the stockroom from another page within onebrick this stockroom note is not synced with any selling platform and is private for your store use only by clicking in the dropdown in the upper right of the page, you can edit the stockroom including name, description, and color you can also delete the stockroom adding a stockroom to create a new stockroom, you can do it on one of two pages the first is while on the inventory page simply click "new stockroom" in the center of the page the second place is within the all stockrooms page click "new stockroom " you can then type a stockroom name, description, and select a color these are all independent to onebrick and will not be synced with platforms you can have an unlimited amount of stockrooms within onebrick to be used at your leisure deleting a stockroom there are two pages where you can delete a stockroom the first is within the all stockrooms page click "edit" on the stockroom you want to delete, then click delete the second way is to delete a stockroom when viewing within it slick the dropdown in the upper right, then delete when deleting any stockroom with items inside, you will be presented with three options to choose from add items back to inventory (as is in the stockroom) move to existing stockroom (by selecting another existing stockroom) delete all items in stockroom
