OneBrick is designed for small and medium stores who want clean systems — not enterprise warehouse software with overly complex features and an a massive invoice at the end of the month.

Order Fulfillment is the heart of OneBrick.

We’ve invested heavily in this area because fulfillment is where time is lost — and mistakes happen.

Out goal is to keep you inside one workflow from pick → verify → pack → ship.

The Picking Page displays:

This allows for batch picking and planning of your day while maintaining control and flexibility for changes in the future.

Inside the Picksheet, you’ll see all items for your selected order organized in location order alphanumerically to allow for a single pass through your pick path.

On the page, you can press spacebar to mark items as picked, use hotkeys to perform specific actions such as reassigning a location, stockrooming an item, adjustting the remaining quantity, or flagging the item a having a problem with it.

Flagged items appear in red and carry foward into the verificaiton step.

Once picking is complete, orders move to the Packing Page when you can open an individual order to verify it's contents, view, edit, or add order notes, view order messages, copy addresses, and paste tracking information before marking the order as "Packed."

This page exists to prevent and fix mistakes before they arrive to your customer. This page looks very similar to the picksheet, however only shows one order at a time. This allows you to resolve issues, create refund tasks, and adjust quantities, as well as copy the customer's address, paste tracking information, and mark the order as "Verified" or "Shipped."

Inventory is where OneBrick becomes structurally different.

Using Complex Lots means your inventory can be unconsolidated internally while appearing consolidated to customers.

In practical terms:

This solves the “duplicate lot explosion” that many stores experience which makes shopping and browsing stores difficult for customers.

When picking you may be directed to multiple locations to pick the same item for a sinlge order.

The Inventory Page gives you a basic breakdown of your inventory statistics and also displays any Stockrooms you have created.

At the top you can search for a part, and then edit any of its attributes on the search results page such as price, description, cost, quantity, etc.

We support the industry standard .bsx format. On the BSX Upload Page you simply click "Upload" or drag in the BSX to the page. OneBrick then processes the file and lets you click into the file before adding.

Once clicked into the file, you are presented with an easy to view and edit BSX view page to review your items before adding them to your store. If the item already exists in your store you have the option to add them to an existing location by consolidating that item, or you can allow it to create a new location within a pre-existing Complex Lot.

Once you click add, OneBrick in the background adds those items to any Complex Lot if a part already exists, or creates a new Complex Lot for brand new items. The items then sync to your selling platofmorms. Inventory syncs are performed every two minutes, meaning there could be up to a 2 minute delay between OneBrick and your selling platforms having a 1:1 inventory.

We are onboarding a small group of sellers intentionally over the first couple months to improve the system thoughtfully before mass onboarding more users.

We are hoping and expecting users of OneBrick Beta to help to submit bug reports submit bug reports to help better OneBrick.
